Waverly Park

Former home of the popular ‘Pumpkin Patch’, this neighborhood has lovely semi-custom homes and a uniform development of 1960’s tract home built by Ditz-Crane. Once a target area for retired military families who were employed by local defense contractors, it is now a magnet for tech workers migrating to this area.
