Rows of tree lined streets shadowing the classic ‘ranchers’ built in the late 50’s and 60’s. The house styles speak to the trends of the time when the average family enjoyed the benefits of two cars. Parts of this area of town were developed with septic tanks and isolated power grids. The resulting streetscape included larger lots with generous setbacks which has drawn many who wanted the added privacy and room to expand.
