Gemello

Once the site of the Gemello Winery, this neighborhood has tree-lined streets with smaller three bedroom homes. Once thought to be “starter homes”, this neighborhood now has one of the highest ‘cost per square feet’ on the Peninsula. Small lots limit the expansion potential but one can find some real gems in this area with a creative and economical use of the space. To commemorate the history of the area, the most recent development retained a parcel of land for a toddler park. Members of this neighborhood attend Bubb Elementary, Isaac Graham Middle and Los Altos High.
